Shipping FAQ's


FOT product orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days from the time we receive your on-line order. For mail orders however, please allow an additional 7 business days for processing. Your product/s are then shipped via the shipping method you choose when placing your order, either Standard or Economy rate.

Depending on the weight & size or your product, delivery times may be faster or slower than stated. For National & International delivery time estimates see below:

With-in United States: Standard 2 - 4 Days
Canada: Standard  2 - 6 Days
International: Standard 7-14 Days

Within the US, non standard delivery/ handling on some items may require additional shipping costs & delivery time due to weight. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico require an additional shipping charge. International deliveries - shipping rates for deliveries outside the US including APOs and FPOs,
vary based on destination.

and spell your email address clearly - additional charges may apply for this rush service.

Pre-order delivery - If you have made a pre-order/ advanced order on any item, your product will be sent to you as soon as it arrives at our head office, shipped to you via the delivery method you chose when placing your order.

We are not responsible for any product loss, return/additional shipping or other charges for customers who input incorrect or incomplete shipping or billing information


Returns


In order to return a product, you must contact us by phone, or follow these 9 step instructions, “BEFORE”
attempting to return a product. THere are no returns on DVD’s just replacements for dvd’s damaged during shipping.

1) Ship back the item(s) within 21 days of the postmarked shipping date on your package,
2) Ship the item to our head office labeled as the following:

3) you must ship item(s) using the complete & original packaging,
4) you must complete all the information on the "return instructions slip" accurately & honestly to the best of your ability.
5) you must ship item(s) using a carrier service with a tracking number assigned to your return & include this tracking number on the "return instructions slip".
6) you must include your reason(s) for return on the return slip provided with your invoice receipt,
7) you must let us know if you wish 1/ a prompt replacement or 2/ a refund for the amount of the merchandise  (minus the original shipping/handling costs)
8) DVD Item(s) with the original UPC label or proof of purchase tab removed can not be accepted for a return.
9) If your shipment did not include a "return instructions slip", DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM please email us at: returns@freedom-of-teach.com telling us this issue and we will email you the correct return slip for your order.
